Injection Molding Technologist

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Injection Molding Technologist to join our production team. The role includes optimization and monitoring of injection molding processes, support in tool and material testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities within the production environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Setting up, adjusting, and optimizing injection molding processes
• Supporting new product, material, and tool trials
• Troubleshooting production and process-related issues
• Participating in continuous improvement activities (CIP, 5 Why, Ishikawa analysis)
• Preparing and updating technical/process documentation
• Cooperating with production teams and headquarters during tool and machine handovers
• Supporting production in shift operations when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum IV degree of technical education
• Experience in injection molding or manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of process improvement methods
• Good organizational and communication skills
• English language and computer skills
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset
